. Welcome to the Hudson Valley Black Golfers Association’s website. Better known as HVBGA, we are the Hudson Valley’s only known Golf Association for golfers of all skill levels. The purpose of this website is to provide as much information as possible to all current and prospective Association members. Prospective members can download an application for membership or get information about upcoming events and tournaments.
